Warm up- Front Squat 5-5-5
“The sore ass work out”
100 yard Kettlebell lunges and 1 arm swings. 35/25
Lunge with 1 Kettlebell however you can, after 10 lunges stop and do 10 1 arm KB swings. Continue untill you reach 100 yards. Post times to comments:


MY ASS IS SORE!!!! I DID NOT THINK THAT WOD WAS GOING TO BE SO BAD UNTIL….I STARTED IT.
