15 hours ago Motor City CrossFit received its occupancy permit for the new Motor City CrossFit Sterling Heights location. The new address is 8200 Irving Street Sterling Heights 48312, it’s just south of 15 mile on Van Dyke (east side behind Olgas restaurant).
We will have the final WOD tomorrow at 1030 and will be moving all equipment afterwards. There is no obligation to help move, but if you can it would be appreciated. Food and drink afterwards.
Starting Sunday June 17th all Classes will be held at the Irving address.
WOD Starts at 1030, its going to be hot and we want get rolling a bit early. We will most likely be running multiple heats.
If we’re going Oly, should we show up at 9:30 or 10?
